SPACE FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Step away.
Come back together.

A change of surroundings can give your team space to talk, think and spend meaningful time together.

Whether you are planning a leadership offsite, a team celebration or an overnight retreat, we develop a proposal around your aims. Accommodation, activities and an itinerary come together in one clear total quote.

Tell us about meeting space, equipment, rooming arrangements, dietary needs and access requirements early. We use that detail to explore suitable options and confirm what is available.

PLANNED AROUND YOUR PURPOSE

Every team is different.
Your retreat should be, too.

TIME TO THINK

Leadership
offsites

A focused brief that balances purposeful discussion with time away from the usual setting. Share any meeting or presentation requirements.

TIME TO CONNECT

Team
retreats

A shared stay and experiences that suit your people. The itinerary can make space for both getting together and stepping back.

TIME TO CELEBRATE

Milestones
& moments

A team celebration, project milestone or well-earned break. Start with the occasion, then shape the stay and activities around it.

A USEFUL STARTING POINT

Bring us the brief.
We’ll bring the detail.

You do not need every answer before getting in touch. A rough outline gives us somewhere to start.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
you may be wondering.

All your questions
How much does a retreat cost?

Every quote is tailored to your dates, group size and chosen arrangements. Tell us your approximate budget, either for the group or per person, so we can explore appropriate options. There are no fixed package prices.

Is there a separate planning fee?

You receive one total quote covering the agreed arrangements and planning. Your proposal sets out the inclusions and any exclusions, so you can review the full price before going ahead.

Can you accommodate meeting, dietary or access requirements?

Please include these in your brief. We use them to explore suitable options and confirm specific facilities with providers. Suitability and availability need to be agreed as part of your proposal.

What if we do not know our dates or final numbers?

An estimate is a useful starting point. Share a preferred month, a range of group sizes and whether your budget is flexible. Details can be refined as the plan develops.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS HERE
